Shoba’s weight loss journey with Dr Sneha 

I was introduced to Sneha about 2 years back by one of my cousins. She was already training with her and was working out for a very long time. Initially, I was skeptical as to how a trainer from another country could train me just using online video streaming. But since the time I have been training, I think I love the fact that I could still to it as per my convenience. 

Sneha is very helpful and cooperative. They not only help in exercises but also assist in diet bit too. In fact, I took a new year resolution starting January’19 and by the mid of the year my weight from 242 lbs has come down to 179 lbs now. I have almost discovered a new me now. 

I opted for 2 sessions initially and now I train 5 sessions per week which have helped me to stay at it and be consistent towards my work. 

How I lost 33 lbs in 6 months :

I was working out with many fitness trainers for a long time, everyone taught me how to exercise properly but no one educated me a lifestyle change. Next 2 months: The next 2 months were essentially grilling. Diet was easier to follow, workouts were easier to pace up. The only thing now needed was to see constant change on my weighing machine. Which I was glad to see constantly.

Last few months: The next months were really like the autopilot mode. The initial pushes worked really well to make me reach here. As my trainer also told me that I should be seeing results pretty soon only if I could give consistent 3 weeks to make a routine change, followed by 3 months to make that lifestyle change in my routine.
