How to make healthy moong dal sprout salad at home

A healthy moong dal sprout salad is a great refreshing salad option that you can have either with lunch meal or as a snack option.

You can choose different variety of options to make your sprouts salad like bengal gram which is black chana, or black eyed peas which is white lobia. Today in this article I am suggesting the recipe using moong dal sprouts.

Ingredients:

  • Green Moong dal – 1 katori
  • Onions – 1 medium
  • Tomatoes – 1 medium
  • Cucumber – 1/2
  • Curd – 100gram
  • Coriander leaves handful
  • Chillies – to taste
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Red chilly powder – to taste

Steps to make sprouts:

Take a muslin cloth and wrap raw washed green moong dal. Keep wrapped moong dal in a wet muslin cloth or soaked in half bowl of water for 12 hours or overnight. Your moong dal will be sprouted the next day.
