How to make keto Poha at home


  • Cauliflower mash
  • Peanuts
  • Curry leaf
  • Mustard seeds
  • Onions
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt and turmeric powder
  • Green chilies
  • Lemons
Grated Cauliflower


Grate or grind some cauliflower florets and keep them aside for some time. If you see cauliflower as soggy, use a cotton cloth and strain the excess water.

Take a pan and put some olive oil or butter. Add onions to it and let it turn red. Now add mustard seeds, curry leaf, peanuts and let it fry for some time. Now add salt and turmeric to taste. If you like chilliness, add finely chopped green chillies to it.

Once all of it turns aromatic, add grated or grind cauliflower to the pan and let it cook for some time. Keep stirring till your find cauliflower cooked.

You can also cover it a bit to let it cook. Serve it hot and top it with some fresh coriander leaves.
