How to make Keto Pancakes at home

Ingredients:

  • Almond flour and coconut flour
  • Psyllium husk
  • Vanilla for flavor
  • Blueberries, cranberries or raspberries for flavor
  • Eggs
  • Stevia
  • Butter

Procedure

Take a mug and add 3 whole eggs and batter the egg mixture. Now add 3 tablespoons of almond flour, coconut flour and 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk into the mixture.

Add a few drops of vanilla in the mixture. Next, add blueberries/ raspberries or strawberries for flavors as required. Add stevia or keto recommended keto sweetener for sweetness. Mix the mixture.

Heat the pan and put some butter to it. Spread the mixture of a pancake shape and let it cook for some time. Flip turn and let it cook for some time.

Stack the pancakes and use flavored Greek yogurt or hung curd mixed with berry mix. You can also use cream cheese and butter to be served with your pancakes.
