Ankita lost 19 kgs post-pregnancy weight in 05 months

My weight loss regimen started in March ‘19 with Dr Sneha. In just 05 months my weight which was 97kg came down to 78kg. A straight drop of 19 kgs. This is how I could achieve my weight loss. 

The main reason for my weight gain: 

After having 1 baby, I delivered twin babies 2 years back because of which I gained a lot of weight. The struggle was real and I almost wanted to shed all of it. I started developing knee pain and back pain. I had this huge post-pregnancy belly, because of which it was difficult to even bend down to tie my shoelaces. 

The problem that I was facing was the diet too. I was not able to cut down the amount of food that I was eating and plus on the top of that most of my weekends use to spend eating outside food only. 

I stay in the US managing 3 kids all on my own. So I wanted a solution that fits my routine as I know stepping out or going to the nearby gym will be not only expensive but also time-consuming. 

I wanted an option which is easy to do it at home types. My husband recommended me

My diet and exercise routine:

Honestly speaking, I was initially introduced to a keto diet program but then Sneha taught me how to do portion control. Which totally changed the way I eat. My eating improved and the weight started dropping.

I was training twice in a week and twice myself at my society gym. The workout designed were amazing routines. 

All bodyweight training workouts based on my fitness goals and my fitness level. I was so amazed and happy to see that I wasn’t able to do 10 basic burpees as when I started to 100 burpee workout in just 5 months.

My Recommendation to ladies of my age: 

A lot of times we think of saving some money and not opt for a trainer to help us but we ourselves know it is tough to motivate ourselves all alone.

Just invest a little to get into a routine first. Once your routine is set, you can then do wonders for your own fitness. 

My suggestion would always be to START… and don’t wait for anything different to happen to you.
