How to make almond flour at home
Take raw almonds and soak them overnight. In the morning peel off the skin and keep the soaked almonds aside. Let them dry off for about a day. Take the almonds to roast on a pan for about 25-30 mins with a constant stir. Now use a grinder to grind the almond flour mixture. Let the mixture cool down. Make sure to use the dried version of the almonds otherwise the flour might become sticky.
You can also use the raw skinned version of the almonds, however, note that the colors of both the flour might come different.
How to make almond, walnut & flaxseeds flour at home
Take raw almonds or soaked and dried almonds, walnuts, and flaxseeds in the ratio of 50% almonds, 30% walnuts & 20% flaxseeds. This combination will give a better taste to the flour mixture but with good nutritive value. Roast all of the mixtures in a pan to let it get roasted for about 25-30 mins till it soaks all the moisture. Let the mixture cool down. Now grind the mixture in a grinder till it gets a flour-like consistency.
Note, due to flaxseeds the color of the flour may not be white. It might be brownish a bit.
How to make almond flour, psyllium husk with flaxseeds flour
To make this flour, use raw almonds or soaked and dried almonds in the ratio of 60% almond flour, 20% psyllium husk and 20% flaxseeds flour to it. This combination will give a better taste to the flour mixture but with good nutritive value. Roast all of the mixtures in a pan to let it get roasted for about 25-30 mins till it soaks all the moisture. Let the mixture cool down. Now grind the mixture in a grinder till it gets a flour-like consistency.
