- Coconut flour
- Psyllium husk
- Baking powder
- paneer 50 grms
- Hung curd
- olive oil/coconut oil
Making the idli batter
Take 2 tablespoons of coconut flour. Add psyllium husk to it, add baking powder 1 tablespoon and then churn the mixture for about 10-20 sec in a grinder.
Now add 1 Katori grated paneer to it, add 1 tablespoon hung curd and 2 tablespoons coconut oil to it. Now grind the mixture well once again. Idli batter is ready. Make sure the batter is like a thin dough form for better preparation.
Steaming the idli batter
Either use gas idli burners or you can also use microwave idli burners to make your idlis. Make round idli balls and then place the idli balls in the burner to get it heat for about 7-8 mins till it cooks well.
Serve you idlis with coconut chutney!

Made this with cream cheese since I did not have paneer at home. Tasted wonderful. Thank you for the tip.
