Keto Cabbage Cutlets with egg


  • Grated cabbage -1 cup
  • Almond flour – 1 spoon
  • 2 whole eggs
  • Himalayan pink salt, black pepper
  • Grated onions
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • 4 tablespoon ghee

Preparing the cutlet batter

Take chopped onions with garlic and ginger paste and saute them in 2 tablespoon ghee. Now take grated cabbage and mix the sauteed onion, ginger and garlic paste. Add 2 whole egg, with salt and pepper, and mix the mixture well.

In case if you feel the mixture has water, add 1 spoon almond flour to it.

Baking or saute your cutlets

Make round shaped cutlets and then either bake them or shallow fry them in 2 tablespoons in ghee. Let the cutlet turn brown. To cook the batter from within, you can also cover them from the top and let them sit for some time. Serve these cutlets with mint chutney.
