Ingredients:
- Palak – 2 bundles
- Paneer – 50 grams
- Onions – 1
- Tomato – 1/2 of medium sized tomato
- Ginger & garlic paste
- Cream
- Butter
- Some cheese
- Garam masal
- Ghee
Preparation method:
Take fresh spinach and thoroughly clean the leaves. Now cut or chop the leaves in smaller pieces. Add a few drops of lemon to the mashed mixture and keep the same aside.
Now take a pan and add 2 full tablespoons of ghee to it. Add some ginger and garlic paste to it. Now either add finely chopped onion & tomatoes or onion and tomato paste to the pan. Saute them for some time, till the paste turns a little red.
Now, add pink salt, some salt and pepper, and garam masala to the mixture. Let it cook till the ghee separates out. Once it does, now add the spinach mix to it. Add 3-4 tablespoons of cream. Let the mixture cook for some time.
Meanwhile, lets cut the paneer into cubes and let’s keep them aside. After about 5-7 mins of spinach, gravy to cook on medium heat, add paneer to it. After the gravy looks thick consistency and paneer has also mixed well into the gravy, grate some cheese from the top and let the cheese melt into the gravy.
Serve hot palak paneer alone, or with salads or even with Keto chilla.
