Ingredients:
- Cauliflower florets
- Parmesan and some cheddar cheese
- Butter
- Fresh cream
- Salt and pepper, Himalayan pink salt
Preparation
Grate the cauliflower in a mixer grinder or hand grate the cauliflower florets. Now heat a pan and put about 3-4 tablespoons of salted or unsalted pasteurized butter. Now add the grated cauliflower to the butter and it cooks for some time. Keep stirring until it turns a little red.
Now add salt and pepper, some Himalayan pink salt and any other spices for taste. Add about 4-5 tablespoons of fresh cream to it. Mix it until it the cream blends to the mixture.
Now serve the same in a bowl and grate fresh parmesan cheese and some cheddar cheese on the top. Broil in the microwave for a minute and let the cheese melt on the top of the cauliflower, Serve hot.
