Procedure
Soak chia seeds for at least half an hour in water. Take hung curd and add soaked chia seeds to the curd. Now. add flavors to the mixture. Add cocoa powder, vanilla drops for flavors. For sweetness, you can add either stevia or erythritol.
Mix all of it together and serve cold. For add ons, you can add pumpkin seeds and flaxseeds for some crunch. You can also use strawberries, cranberries or blueberries for more flavor.
