Do you crave for all those fast food items and those Chinese momos from your local market? Worry not, there is always a way to make it keto-friendly.
Here is how you make keto momos at home:
- Minced chicken /mutton or grated paneer
- Lettuce iceberg leaves or cabbage leaves
- Butter – 2 tablespoon
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Garlic cloves
- grated mozzarella cheese
- Apple cider vinegar
- Chopped onions
- Black pepper
Take lettuce iceberg for wrap or cabbage leaves for wrap. Wash dry first. For vegetarian version, you can take paneer and for the non-vegetarian version, you can take minced chicken or minced mutton. Take paneer/ chicken/ mutton in a bowl and add garlic paste or grated garlic with finely chopped onions. Add cheese for taste if you want the cheesy oozy flavor.
Add Himalayan Pink salt to it, with black pepper. Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar to it. Mix and leave it for some time. In case if you are making paneer momos. Need not to leave it as the paneer may become soggy.
Now spread the big sized leaf on a plate, put the chicken or paneer mixture in it, and wrap it around like momos.
Medium heat a pan and put some butter on it. Now put the momos in the plan and cover it to cook for some time. Max 7-10 mins for cooking. Serve with hot sauce. Your chicken and paneer momos are ready!
