How to make 90-second mug bread at home

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Baking powder
  • Himalayan salt
  • Seeds or nuts for taste

Method:

Use a mug and add 1 tablespoon almond flour, add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt to it. Now add 1 tablespoon molten pasteurized or unsalted butter.

Add a pinch of baking soda to the mixture. For taste, you can add seeds and nuts too. Now blend and mix the entire mixture. Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture.

Put the mixture mug into the microwave for 90 sec. Take out the bread in a plate and cut it into round pieces, use these slices in different variations like bread butter, burger buns or even toasted bread.

2. Keto Bread loaf (without egg)

Ingredients:

  • Almond flour – 1 cup
  • Coconut flour – 1/2 cup
  • Flaxseeds flour – 1/4 cup
  • Instant dry yeast
  • Psyllium husk & chia seeds
  • Seeds & nuts as per taste
  • Himalayan Salt

Method:

Mix almond flour, coconut flour & flaxseeds flour in a bowl. Add some molten butter to it and mix. Keep the mixture aside.

Now take a small bowl and add 1 cup water, add 1 spoon yeast to it & add some psyllium husk & chia seed powder to it. Let it sit and let the yeast activate for some time.

Now mix the flour mixture with the yeast mixture and mix the dough and make round dough ball shape or you can also give it a loaf shape in a bread container.

Bake the mixture in the oven for about 15-20 mins depending upon your loaf size. The bread is ready to taste.

3. Keto bread with egg

Ingredients:

  • 3 whole egg
  • Pasteurized butter
  • Xanthum gum
  • Almond flour 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder
  • Himalayan Pin salt

Method:

Whisk 3 whole eggs for some time until you see fluff in the egg. About 5-8 mins with hand or electric beater. Add molten butter in the mixture. Now add 1/2 cup almond flour, xantham gum 2 tablespoon and 2 spoons baking powder to the mixture. Now add a pinch of salt and gently mix the batter. Avoid mixing it too hard or for too long.

Now take the batter into a bread baking tray, spread the mixture and then bake the same in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45-50 mins. Your Fluffy keto bread is ready!
