How To Make Keto Burger at home under 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 3 whole egg
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour
  • Baking powder
  • Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Paneer mash for paneer patty
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Chicken minced for chicken patty
  • Isabgol for covering
  • Ginger garlic paste for taste
  • Lettuce leaf & onions for the burger

Preparing the patty first (preparation time 1.5 mins)

Take minced chicken or grated paneer in a bowl. Add Himalayan pink salt to it with some red pepper powder and garam masala for taste. Now take 2 bowls and fill 1 bowl with 1 egg mixed with salt and pepper and mix it well. In the other bowl add isabgol or psyllium husk. Now make a round patty with the minced chicken or the paneer and dip in the egg batter first and then in the isabgol bowl.

Put some oil on a flat pan and heat. Place round patties on the pan and hit until cooked. Your paneer patties and chicken patties for the burger is ready.

Preparing the Mayonnaise at home (preparation time 1 min)

Take 2 eggs in a grinder, add 1/3 Katori/ small bowl of olive oil to it. Add some salt and black pepper to it for taste. Now grind the mixture for about 30 sec. We need to add olive oil in 3-4 batches so that the oil combines in the egg mixture. Once your mixture is ready with a thick consistency your mayonnaise is ready. You can also make a mustard version of it, or a mint version of it by adding 1 tablespoon of mustard oil or homemade mint chutney.

Preparing burger buns in 90sec (preparation time 2 min)

Take a coffee mug, add 1 tablespoon almond flour, add 1 pinch baking powder, add salt to taste, add some butter (optional) and add 1 add to it. Mix the entire mixture well and then put the mug into the microwave for about 90 seconds. Take out the mug and cut the bread into 4 slices.

Its time to garnish your burger ( preparation time 30 sec)

Take a plate, take the cut pieces of the bun, and then spread mayonnaise on each side of the bun. Spread lettuce leaf and place 1 patty between each bun. Now add a slice of onion to it(optional). For decoration purposes, use a toothpick to make the burger stable. Serve it with freshly made mayo sauce. You keto paneer burger and keto chicken burger is ready!
