Preparation
Fathead pizza base (Veg pizza option)
To make this pizza, first, we will make the pizza base at home. To make a pizza base. Use cauliflower mash, add 1 spoon of almond flour to it and mix about 1 bowl of grated parmesan cheese. Make sure to use cauliflower mash with the is not very moist. You can also saute cauliflower to dry off moisture.
Now spread the mixture on a baking tray using parchment paper on it and spread the mixture like a round pizza base. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the pizza crust turns golden. Remove and let cool for a minute or two.
Use the crust to spread pizza base, grate grilled cheese on the top and spread toppings. Bake pizza for another 5-7 mins till the pizza is ready.
Pizza base with egg
To make pizza base with egg, take 2 whole eggs in a mug, add 1 tablespoon of almond flour to it. Add grated cheese and some baking powder. Blend the mixture completely and make sure there are no almond flour lumps in the batter.
Now take a baking tray and spread the mixture onto the tray and put it to bake for about 10-15 mins to make a thin-crusted pizza base.
Take out the base and let it cook for a while. Spread some pizza base on it. Grate some fresh parmesan cheese to it and then spread pizza toppings of your choice.
Bake the pizza again for about 5-7 mins till the cheese melts on the top.
How to make pizza sauce at home
INGREDIENTS

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp pepper
